The Professional subscription is designed for consultants, mentors and coaches who anticipate working with multiple clients and so will require up to 10 open plans at any one time. (If you require more plans please contact us for a bespoke rate).
When you purchase a Professional subscription you will be allocated 10 free access Codes for use by your clients which will provide them with free access to Plana.
The process is simple:
- Ask your client to register with Plana and use the Code to purchase a Starter subscription (for a term of 3 or 6 months to match your own Professional subscription).
- Ask the client to Invite you to their plan.
- You accept the Invitation.
- Start collaborating!
- (As the Plan Owner, only your client will have access to the Invitation, Print / Save Plan and Delete Plan functions).

If you receive an email invitation from Plana, it means an existing Plana user has invited you to contribute to their business plan in your capacity as a business colleague or trusted professional. If you are happy to contribute and wish to accept the invitation:
- Read and accept the Plana Terms of Use.
- Read and accept the NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) attached to the invitation email.
- Set up an Account (only an email address and password required)
- Start collaborating!
Please note:
- An Invite remains valid all the while that particular plan remains open or until the plan owner cancels the invitation.
- An Invited User can only be invited to a maximum of 2 plans at any one time.
- If an Invited User wishes to have access to more than 2 plans they can purchase a Professional subscription which allows up to 10 open plans.
If you do not wish to accept the invitation simply click the relevant option and the Plana user will be notified.
