The ‘Professional’ subscription is designed for advisers, (consultants, mentors, coaches, etc) who are working with multiple clients. By creating a separate ‘Team’ for each of your clients you can invite relevant collaborators, e.g. other specialists, to contribute or comment on a specific business plan.

Professional enables you to undertake ongoing business planning work with up to 15 clients, (based on 1 plan for each client). If you require the facility to create more plans or work with more clients please contact us for a bespoke ‘Enterprise’ rate.

If you are a firm with multiple advisers you can invite your colleagues to join any client ‘Team’ and contribute to a business plan. (Alternatively, each adviser could set up their own Professional subscription to manage their own portfolio of clients).

It is quick and easy to start working with your client on their business plan now:

  1. Set up your Professional subscription.
  2. Create a client Team and send an Invitation to your Client to join the Team.
  3. Client clicks to accept the terms of the Invitation and you both start collaborating!

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the 14 day free trial period. From your Dashboard, click on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Subscription’. From there you will be directed to the Stripe payments Customer Portal where you can manage payments, download invoices, etc.

You will get a reminder when your subscription is due for renewal and you will need to access your account to make the necessary payment. Alternatively, just select ‘automatically renew’ in your account settings and you subscription will renew without the need for any further action on your part.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the expiry of your current subscription. From your Dashboard, click on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Subscription’. From there you will be directed to the Stripe payments Customer Portal where you can manage payments, download invoices, etc.

If you receive an email Invitation from Plana, it means an existing Plana user has invited you to contribute to their business plan in your capacity as a business colleague or trusted professional. If you are happy to contribute and wish to accept the invitation:

  • Read and accept the Plana Terms of Use.
  • If attached, read and accept the NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement).
  • Set up an Account (only an email address and password required)
  • Start collaborating!

If you do not wish to accept the Invitation simply click the relevant option and the Plana user will be notified.

An Invite remains valid all the while that particular plan remains open or until the plan owner cancels the Invitation.

Plana enables you to quickly and easily invite colleagues or trusted professionals to a Team in order to contribute to a plan:

‘Starter’ – up to 3 invitations per Team.

‘Professional’ – up to 5 invitations per Team.

‘Enterprise’ – 5+ invitations per Team.

You can manage (view and delete) Invitations from your Dashboard.

Plana does have the functionality to print or save your business plan, (‘Output Report’) on an Apple device. However, customer feedback has indicated that the operating process on specific devices may not be clear. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but unfortunately this is out of our control.

Absolutely, when you create your Team you can add your own Team / Company branding and also upload an image / logo. In addition, when downloading an individual business plan there is the facility to include an image / logo.
